3. Locations Page
Click “Locations” in the left navigation to open the Locations page. This page provides a comprehensive map and list-based overview of the sites and assets within your organization. Use it to identify site and asset locations, assess and compare conditions at a glance, and navigate directly to the most recent inspection for a specific site or asset.

Sites and Assets
Zeitview organizes locations into sites and assets. A site is a broader location that may contain a group of assets, while an asset is an individual piece of equipment or physical object being inspected. Some assets belong to sites, but assets do not always have to be associated with a site.

Summary Statistics
Summary statistics appear above the map and provide a total count of sites or assets. The statistics shown depend on whether the Sites or Assets list is selected beside the map. Hover over a statistics card to see a breakdown of site or asset counts by condition. Summary statistics update based on the active filters.
Map
The map dynamically updates to show matching site and asset location markers based on your filters. Site and asset markers are identified by asset class and colored according to condition. Assets without an assigned condition are marked as Unassessed. Individual asset markers only appear after you zoom in.
Hover over a map marker to view key details, including the site or asset name, current condition, latest inspection information, and more. Click a site or asset marker to access the latest inspection results.
List of Sites and Assets
Use the Sites and Assets switcher beside the map to choose which list to view. The list reflects the markers currently displayed on the map. As you zoom in, the list narrows to match the visible map area.
Click a site or asset card to zoom to that location. Click the inspection date listed on a site or asset card to access its latest inspection.
Partial Text Search
You can search for sites and assets by name, address, or specific identifiers, such as serial number, facility ID, or Zeitview ID. Partial text search is available above the Sites and Assets lists.
Depending on whether Sites or Assets is selected, the search applies to that location type. Search results respect the active filters, but they may include sites or assets outside the current map bounds.
Filters
Filters are available from the filter icon next to the partial text search field. Available filters vary depending on the selected asset class and whether Sites or Assets is selected.
Applied filters appear as tags on the map and can be removed individually as needed.
